Haldi or chune ka lap:


  • Yadi aap apne jodo r haldi or chune ka lap lagate hai to apko is problem se rahat milegi .
  • Kyonki chune me calcium hota hai jo ki apke jodo ks main liquid hai , apke jodo me jo inemal hota hai uska name hai calcium, (haldi full benifits)
  • Yadi aap daily chune or haldi ka lap apne jodo khaskr pero ke ghutno pr lagate hai to apko is jodo ke dard me labh hoga .
